I have been in all of the above stages myself. During 20 years of my fitness journey I tried every program and every diet I came across. Nothing ever quite worked for me. Then through years of education and trial and error, I finally realised that to become fit, healthy and happy I needed to make changes that were enjoyable and sustainable. I want to share with you the results of my journey and make you fall in love with being fit and healthy.
